⚠️ What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Your profile - name, email, avatar, preferences
Your swipe history - all movies you've swiped on
Your friend connections - friend list and matches
Your watch history - movies you've marked as watched
Your subscription data - Premium status. A subscription bought on moviease.app is cancelled automatically. One bought in the App Store or Google Play is not: Apple or Google keep billing it until you cancel it in your store settings, so cancel it there first.
Your achievements & badges - all progress
All personal information - everything associated with your account

Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
🗑️ Account Deletion Process
To delete your account:
You must be signed in to MoviEase to delete your account
Click the "Delete My Account" button below
You'll be redirected to authenticate (if not already signed in)
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account will be deleted immediately and permanently
✅ Deletion is immediate. There is no 30-day grace period.
