⚠️ What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile - name, email, avatar, preferences
- Your swipe history - all movies you've swiped on
- Your friend connections - friend list and matches
- Your watch history - movies you've marked as watched
- Your subscription data - premium status (cancels automatically)
- Your achievements & badges - all progress
- All personal information - everything associated with your account
⚠️ This action CANNOT be undone!
Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
🗑️ Account Deletion Process
To delete your account:
- You must be signed in to MoviEase to delete your account
- Click the "Delete My Account" button below
- You'll be redirected to authenticate (if not already signed in)
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Your account will be deleted immediately and permanently
✅ Deletion is immediate. There is no 30-day grace period.
